Our BUTCHERS

We use quality cuts of locally sourced Irish meat in our butchers counter from our home farm here in Gleno and from local suppliers across the country. Our top of the range equipment on-site means we can make our sausages and burgers by hand daily.
We have also have an extensive selection of kebabs, stuffed fillets, marinated chicken pieces and coleslaw all handmade etc in-store.

Our FARM STORE

We are proud to be Northern Irish and to celebrate that, most of the produce we stock is from quality, local suppliers right here in Northern Ireland. We have a broad and varied range of artisanal products at any one time, ranging from chutneys, to chocolates, breads, sauces and sweet treats.

Our CAFE

We have a great team onboard that have expertly curated and crafted our menu, from concept to delivery. Our chefs pride themselves in being able to cater for everyone. Our menu has a wide range of breakfast and lunch dishes suitable for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and celiacs.
We use fresh ingredients in our dishes and incorporate the same produce we sell at our butchers counter in our meat meals.
